Blue Bear Mail is prepared with care in Canada and sent by regular letter mail to children across Canada and the United States.
When we send mail
Blue Bear Mail Club members receive one delivery every month. Our upcoming mail date is always posted on our website.
If you join before the cutoff for an upcoming mail date and complete your child’s Blue Bear Profile in time, their first letter will be included in that mailing.
If you join after the cutoff, their first letter will be included in the following month’s mailing.
Delivery times
Once Blue Bear Mail has been mailed, delivery time depends on the postal service and destination.
Because our envelopes travel by regular letter mail, delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Postal delays, holidays, weather and other circumstances may occasionally make a letter take a little longer to arrive.
Before publishing, I want us to insert realistic Canada and U.S. delivery estimates here based on the exact Canada Post service you're using rather than guessing.
Tracking
Blue Bear Mail is sent as regular letter mail and does not include tracking.
That means you won’t receive a tracking number or delivery notification. Part of the Blue Bear experience is finding a real letter waiting unexpectedly in the mailbox.

Please check the address
Please make sure the child’s mailing address is complete and correct when creating their Blue Bear Profile.
If you need to change an address, contact us before the cutoff for the next mailing. Once a letter has been mailed, we cannot redirect it.
If a letter doesn't arrive
Sometimes mail takes the scenic route.
If your Blue Bear Mail hasn’t arrived after the expected delivery window, please contact us. We’ll look into it with you and determine the best next step.
