  • Child’s preferences (optional): Interests, favorite colors and other details you choose to share to make their mail more personal.
  • Order information: Purchases, payment status and Mail Club membership details.

You are never required to share your child’s name or preferences.

Our website may also collect technical information such as IP address, browser information and cookies through Shopify.

We use the information you provide to:

  • Process and manage orders.
  • Create and personalize Blue Bear Mail.
  • Deliver mail to the correct address.
  • Send order confirmations, Blue Bear Profile links and mailing updates.
